I'm Tony — a highly motivated data and business leader with over two decades of experience spanning software engineering, business analysis, and enterprise data management. I've built and led teams at CVS Health, Liberty Mutual, and TriMark USA, consistently turning messy data landscapes into governed, trusted systems.
My work sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people. I'm passionate about understanding business objectives and converting them into actionable deliverables — whether that's an MDM roadmap, a Center of Excellence, or an AI-accelerated governance framework.

TriMark USA
Creating and managing the enterprise data strategy and governance roadmap. Leading cross-departmental redesign of Item, Customer, and Vendor onboarding. Leveraging AI to accelerate governance deliverables including automated data quality scorecards and OFAC checking.
CVS Health
Product owner of the Stibo Step MDM solution. Led a multimillion-dollar, multi-domain (location, supplier, product) MDM system conversion on Azure Cloud, engaging thirty-plus contractors and multiple upstream and downstream system teams.
CVS Health
Led a team of twenty-four analysts spanning HR, Finance, Legal, Retail IT, and Merchandising portfolios. Drove BA CoE maturity, introduced Agile user stories to Retail projects, and coordinated hiring of forty-five contractors for enterprise initiatives.
Liberty Mutual Insurance
Developed the data and analytics strategy vision and roadmap for the Personal Insurance business unit. Established an Analytics Support Center of Excellence and directed strategic cross-functional analytics initiatives.

Led a multimillion-dollar, multi-domain MDM system conversion at CVS Health onto Azure Cloud — covering location, supplier, and product domains with thirty-plus contractors across upstream and downstream teams.
Data Governance
Architected and is executing the enterprise-wide data governance and MDM roadmap across ten divisions, including cross-departmental Item, Customer, and Vendor onboarding redesign in preparation for ERP migration.
Business Analysis
Built and scaled the Business Analysis CoE at CVS Health — aligning with IIBA standards, creating CBAP training, onboarding forty-five contractors, and introducing Agile user stories across a portfolio spanning twelve business units.
AI & Automation
Applied Claude AI to accelerate governance deliverables at TriMark USA — building automated data quality scorecards, drafting SOD documentation for AP ERP roles, and streamlining OFAC vendor checking processes.
